Attorney Joe Reidy from SZD gave a presentation on Jump-Starting Brownfield Projects at the OCPA meeting in Columbus on Thursday. Mark Locker from ODOT provided an update on transportation programs and issues. It was noted that the SEC implemented a regulation on Port Authority Board Members that will need attention. Moffat & Nichol an engineer firm that specializes in waterfront projects discussed their capabilities that would assist port authority projects.
