Middletown Brownfield Advisory Committee Meeting on March 6th

Michael Luessen and Bill Norris from Cardno ATC provided an inventory of sites and a status report on environmental assessment.  Representatives from the Butler County Port Authority, OKI, Middletown-Trenton-Monroe Chamber, Hamilton County Water and Soil Conservation, Health Department and others participated in the meeting.

Andy Brossart, Fifth Third Bank bond expert provides an overview of the pending bond transaction for the LCA Board. The Butler County Port Authority will issue the bonds.

Mike Campbell gives an overview on 2013 and the projects that were reviewed. His presentation Scorecard 2013 indicated a new project was reviewed at least once a month in 2013 much more activity than in 2012 and 2011.
