Ohio Dept. of Development Recovery Zone Bond Status Meetings

Projects were reviewed by the ODOD Team on August 31st. Recovery Zone Economic Development and Facility Bonds open projects were discussed to determine the status. BCPA has two Recovery Zone Facility Bond projects.

St. Clair Township Meeting Location on September 21st

The September 21st BCPA Board Meeting will be held at the St. Clair Township Fire Department Headquarters at 3900 Hamilton-Trenton Road. Directions: Take Rte.127 North and then turn right on Hamilton-Trenton Road at the third light just north of New Miami. The Headquarters is about a half mile on the left. Please do not park in front.

Fairfield City Council Chambers hosted the BCPA August Board Meeting. Tim Bachman, Development Services from the City of Fairfield gave an update and  presentation on economic development activities and programs in Fairfield.

Fairfield City Council Meeting

Fairfield City Council meeting of August 9th. Legislation was passed for Keystone Foods warehouse operation in Fairfield that would provide more than 200 jobs.

Next Meeting in Fairfield

Last year Tim Bachman gave an update on economic development in Fairfield. This year the BCPA assisted with the paperwork and process for Economic Development to widen Route 4 through Fairfield. BCPA received allocation for Recovery Zone Facility Bonds that are still pending. Attend the meeting in Fairfield on August 17th at 8:30 a.m. for updates on BCPA activities. The meeting will be in Council Chambers at City Hall.
